There are never any hidden shipping charges with Tomorrow’s Collectibles. We pride ourselves in offering the quickest and most economical methods of shipping and give you the choice as to the shipping methods during the checkout process.
Tomorrow’s Collectibles uses three shipping methods: U.S. Postal Service, UPS package delivery and Special Oversized Delivery Handling. We do not require shipping insurance to be purchased with your order but we do feel that accidents beyond our control can happen and it is recommended that you consider this option during the checkout process. Not all methods are available for all items. We cannot ship to a post office box.
If you require expedited shipping or another carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Shipping charges listed on the order form are based on the most current information but are subject to change prior to the order being shipped. If there is a change greater than $5 between the amounts listed on your order and the actual amount to be charged we will contact you before shipping the item(s). Because we are contracting with an outside service for shipping we cannot be responsible for their privacy policies.
We gladly accept orders from most international locations. We accept payment via credit card and International Postal Money Orders payable in US funds only and made payable to Tomorrow’s Collectibles LLC.
Our main method of international shipping will be USPS: please note that some items are too large for USPS methods and UPS is the alternate choice. If you choose a shipping option not available with the products in your cart we will contact you with the appropriate method and costs. Please be advised that we are unable to offer insurance for USPS shipments and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All other policies apply to domestic and international shipments.
All orders are shipped complete and customs duties and taxes are separate charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All foreign shipments are subject to the restrictions and regulations of your country.
Oversized Delivery is used for items that are oversized or weigh over 150 pounds. These items are shipped by common carrier and are curb service. A person 18 years or older must be available to meet the delivery and sign for the product(s). Our threshold delivery service is available for business and residential. The driver will place your purchases at the threshold door or in your garage. This service does not include in-home delivery or set up.
Wood is one of nature’s valuable gifts with distinctive and varied grains, designs, characteristics, color tones and patterns — every piece of wood has its own characteristics that give it a distinctive quality and uniqueness. The item you receive will not be exactly as pictured. We cannot control nature and the appearance of each piece of wood. What we can control is that each piece will be designed to exacting standards including the measurements, quality of construction and that its wood pattern will be suitable for finishing. If you are not satisfied with the appearance of the product you receive we will replace it with a new one. Please see our refund policy for complete details.
Our products are constructed of the finest quality woods available to us and we produce them with pride. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip, within 14 days of your delivery date. We allow full refunds (less any shipping & handling charges) if we receive the returned item in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging. We are sorry but our policy is to refund the shipping price ONLY if we have made an error in the shipment.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all unused products not returned in the original box, and containing all original product packaging and accessories.
- Special orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 15% order cancellation fee.
We pride ourselves in making sure your package will be carefully packed to ensure a safe journey and sometimes damage will occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event the damage was caused by our staff then we will refund the shipping costs as well. Insurance is recommended for your package as we cannot be responsible for loss or damages after it leaves our location. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
